If you don't know that Dick Cheney is not LEGALLY president but only DE FACTO president (and thus has NO right to be on Mount Rushmore) then your lack of understanding of how the venerable American system of free and open elections, the balance of powers, and the rule of law not men indicates you really have no reason to expect to enjoy the honors and privileges of full imperial citizenship.
