It is well-known that the crazed terrorist Taliban destroyed the millennia-old image of Buddha at Bamiyan. Few realize that, as a birthday present to the Attorney General, Condoleezza Rice arranged for many under-empoyed Afghanis to replace the lost icon. Sadly, the local artisans did not realize
     1) that John Ashcroft has a thing about breasts, and
     2) that he himself definitely does NOT have breasts.
