ESL 22:
The 3 Best Ways to Learn English

This is a code puzzle. A code is a secret way to communicate. This puzzle uses something called a substitution code. That means each letter in the alphabet is written using a different letter. Your job is to figure out what each letter in the code really is.

For example, we could make a code like this:
     A = Z
     B = Y
     C = X
     D = W
     E = V
     F = U, etc.
Then, if we wanted to write the word "BED" in this code, we would write: "YVW".

Hints:

1. "E" is the most common letter in English.

2. "The" is the most common 3-letter word in English.

3. Look at the title (above) and think about the possible meaning of the sentences below. For example: why is the "R" in "Rtdveya" in the first sentence a capital letter? And notice that "Rtdveya" has 7 letters...

Zarkr skr 3 diio qsfy zi urskt Rtdveya.

Tcvxrk 1 ey zar askoryz: vskkf st Svrkegst.

Tcvxrk 2 ey suyi asko: drz yegm sto di zi zar aiywezsu bik 6 vitzay.

Tcvxrk 3 ey zar rsyeyz: krso, krso, krso!!
