Yes, we're a bit nervous about publishing this. The title smacks of mass-culture
religionist pandering. All I can say is: If you've read much in Magellan's Log,
you know you need have no fear. Ceci Lumley's take on 21st century religion and her
simultaneous response to Ambrose Bierce have precisely the beyond-the-edge metaphysical
feel of other religionist stuff we've done. (I'm thinking mainly of Reppy Duart's
marvelous Edges of Divinity, which appeared in an early
issue.)
