What's
Wrong
with This Picture?
Part II
by Jerden Purmort
Remember "reading readiness" in kindergarten and first grade,
when you had to do simple tasks like matching shapes, coloring inside the lines, and so
on?
One of those elementary tasks involved looking at a picture and trying to
figure out what was wrong with it. Bugs Bunny might have three ears. The Grinch might not
have a nose. Bert and Ernie might have legs.
Certainly one of the tests of citizenship in this new Age of Empire is the
ability to differentiate between what's really real and what the nefarious left-wing media
want us to think is real.
How good a citizen are you?
We have assembled a set of ten "citizenship-readiness"
photographs for your to examine. All you have to do is discover what's wrong--IF
ANYTHING-- in each one. Note that "if anything." Yes, this is a tricky test. Not
every picture has something wrong with it. Why, it could even be that NONE of the pictures
have anything wrong! It's up to you to decide.
Worthwhile citizens of the empire will of course get all ten right without
breaking a sweat.
In the manner of all good reading-readiness teachers, we have arranged the
pictures with the easiest ones first. By the time you get to Number 10, your citizenship
skills will be seriously tried.
Scoring instructions follow the last picture.
